With more than 15 years’ experience in the telecommunications and financial services industries, Josh is responsible for technology strategy, IT operations and business enablement. Prior to joining Smart & Biggar in 2018, Josh served in a number of senior roles focused on setting IT strategy and delivering critical Enterprise client solutions.
In the modern environment, every company is a tech company using technological innovations to deliver services quickly and efficiently. Josh views his role as Chief Information Officer (CIO) as an opportunity to collaborate with all areas of the firm to identify new opportunities where technology can be leveraged to improve capability, deliver solutions and streamline processes that Smart & Biggar uses in every area of the business.
Josh holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Queen’s University, and a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from University of Ottawa.
