Jennifer oversees operations within the Life Sciences practice group. During her more than 15 years at Smart & Biggar, Jennifer’s combined experience in patent prosecution and leadership has given her a well-rounded foundation to understand the needs of clients, team members and the business.
In her day-to-day role, Jennifer ensures smooth and efficient handling of business administration. She actively supports team members in their professional growth and development. Working closely with firm management, especially within the Life Sciences practice group, as well as various departments such as HR, finance, and IT, she plays a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation of policies, programs and practices, in alignment with the firm as a whole.
